History
Established in 1988 by Scott Morris alongside brothers Tom and Mark Losher, LML Estate Management began as a small landscape care business, combining their expertise and passions in landscaping, construction, and design. Scott, Mark, and Tom built trusted partnerships with their initial clients, steadily expanding their services, team, and eventually locations to meet their clients’ needs.
Today, LML Landscaping & Estate Management continues to be led by Scott and Tom, backed by a team of designers, horticulturalists, stonemasons, ironworkers, and maintenance experts. We proudly deliver a complete package of landscape services, from the initial landscape designs to year-round landscape maintenance, with client relationships that have spanned generations in both Indianapolis and Fort Wayne.
New Name, Same Standard
We’ve spent decades building a reputation for doing things right, for showing up, and for caring about your property as much as you do. In 2026, we rebranded as “LML Landscaping and Estate Management” to better reflect our quality and expertise.
